Designed to cut ligaments. The fine blade compresses the socket, cuts through the membrane and facilitates extraction with the least possible damage. Similar to elevators but with much sharper points, they combine the functions of a periosteotome and elevator in a single instrument. Ideal for broken pieces and carious roots.
