Crile-Wood Needle Holder is handcrafted from surgical grade German stainless steel. Designed with a dependable non-slip crosshatched surface and a serrated jaw, this instrument is used to hold and drive the needle through tissue. Available in a variety of lengths. This needle holder has cross serrated jaws, but it is also available with Tungsten Carbide inserts. The gold handles of TC Needle Holders, indicate that the jaws are fitted with Tungsten Carbide inserts to prolong the instrument life. Light weight and well-balanced surgical needle holder confer maximum cutting strength in all types of soft tissue with minimal force. Suitable for suture size 2-0 – 4-0.
